Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching products or services, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. The role requires a mix of sales, communication, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Client Acquisition: Approach potential customers through calls, emails, or meetings.
Sales Pitching: Present and promote products/services effectively to generate interest.
Negotiation: Close deals and negotiate terms to maximize profits while meeting client needs.
Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance long-term client relationships.
Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development (varies by role level).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Typically full-time (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
