Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients, industries, and market trends to discover new business opportunities.
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, emailing, professional networking (e.g., LinkedIn), and attending industry events.
Qualify inbound leads to ensure they align with our target customer profile.
2. Client Relationship Management
Initiate and build strong, professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand prospective clients' pain points, needs, and business goals to pitch tailored solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to navigate them through the sales pipeline.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
Deliver compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
Prepare and present customized business proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals while ensuring profitability.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Market Research & Collaboration
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Accurately maintain and update the CRM database (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with lead interactions and pipeline status.
