• Act as the primary Relationship Manager for DSAs distributing mutual funds.
• Provide tech-enabled assistance for transaction processing, reporting, and compliance-related activities.
• Proactively resolve service-related queries to ensure uninterrupted DSA operations.
• Conduct training sessions for DSAs on digital tools, mutual fund platforms, and workflow optimization.
• Coordinating & activating DSA’s and lesioning with internal teams to handle escalations and provide timely updates.
• Monitor DSA performance and deliver data-driven insights to help improve productivity of mutual fund or wealth business of the company.
