Business Development Executive – In-House (Female Only)
We are looking for a confident and motivated female candidate with 1–2 years of experience to join our in-house team in Varanasi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and follow up with potential clients and leads.
• Handle client calls, WhatsApp and email communication.
• Understand client requirements and explain our services.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into clients.
• Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve assigned business development targets.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling or Client Handling.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and professional personality.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
• Comfortable working from office.
Salary & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
• Performance-based bonus every 6 months
• Performance-based salary revision every quarter
• No separate incentive
• Notice Period: 15 days
