Key Responsibilities

Tender & Documentation Support

• Identify and track tenders from various portals and sources

• Prepare and submit tender documents through GeM and other e-tendering platforms

• Arrange EMD, tender fees, and related documentation

• Maintain accurate tender records and filing systems

Sales & Procurement Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments

• Support quotation preparation, pricing coordination, and follow-ups

• Assist procurement activities and material tracking

• Coordinate with project/site teams for required documents and updates

Administrative & System Support

• Maintain organized soft and hard copy documentation

• Perform basic ERP entries and task tracking

• Support invoicing, payment follow-ups, and billing documentation

• Assist with vendor registration, DSC updates, and compliance documentation

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

• Certification in Tendering, Procurement, or Contract Management will be an added advantage

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of tendering and procurement processes

• Familiarity with GeM and e-tendering portals preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience

• 0–1 year experience in Tendering, Procurement, Sales Support, or Administrative roles

• Freshers with internship or relevant exposure may also apply
