We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our creative PR and branding team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand communication, digital marketing, and client engagement. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth across PR, digital, and creative services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the branding, PR, and digital marketing space.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued collaboration and client satisfaction.
Develop and execute effective strategies to onboard new clients and strengthen brand partnerships.
Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach via calls, emails, and client meetings.
Present agency services and creative solutions to prospective clients with strong communication and pitch skills.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—strategy, creative, and digital—to develop customized proposals and campaigns.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and regular sales reports.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a PR, advertising, or digital marketing agency.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital trends.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and confident in client interactions.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend improvements.
