Role & responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with current and potential clients.
Identify target markets and segments to focus on for sales growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to develop strategies for acquiring new customers.
Conduct market & competition research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Planning and executing on ground promotional activities
Customer Communication - Tracking Orders, Sharing Dispatch Information and Feedbacks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, warehouse, and procurement, to streamline processes and delivery related issues.
Preferred candidate profile
0-5 years of experience in sales &Marketing or related field.
Strong understanding of B2C/D2C/B2B sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation.
Well-spoken and presentable.
Should be open to working with flexible hours.
Salary Package:
3.2 Lakh - 4 Lakh Per Annum
