Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Mahindra vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
Arrange and conduct test drives.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations and assist customers with financing, insurance, and documentation.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on Mahindra's latest models, offers, and competitor products.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
