Role Overview

Mudra Publicity is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Event Management team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy meeting clients, and are passionate about events and sales, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, and networking.

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients for events, exhibitions, and branding requirements.

• Schedule client meetings and understand project requirements.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch company services.

• Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams for successful project execution.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.

• Achieve monthly business development targets.

• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

What We're Looking For

• Female candidate.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Event Management, or Corporate Sales.

• Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Confident, presentable, and target-driven personality.

• Ability to build relationships and work independently.

• Local travel for client meetings, when required.
