We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive with experience in handling international clients to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities from international markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
Handle client communication, requirements gathering, and negotiations effectively.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Manage CRM tools and maintain accurate records of leads and deals.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or client handling for international markets, is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, or similar platforms is a plus.
Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Familiarity with IT services, digital marketing, or web development is preferred.
