Jobzshala is seeking a proactive and result-driven Assistant Manager – HR Client Acquisition who
will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to onboard corporate clients.
You’ll play a crucial role in establishing Jobzshala as the go-to hiring platform by acquiring new
clients and helping them post jobs for free initially and later converting them into paying partners.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of 5–6 client acquisition executives.
-Identify, scrape, and compile accurate data of potential clients across various industries.
-Make outbound calls and emails to introduce Jobzshala and offer free job posting services.
-Pitch Jobzshala’s value proposition and convince clients to come on board.
-Help clients with job postings and ensure job seekers match their requirements.
-Monitor, guide, and support the team on client communication and follow-ups.
-Track team performance and ensure daily/weekly targets are met.
-Maintain proper reports and dashboards on outreach, conversions, and closures.
-Plan strategies to attract quality employers and ensure long-term engagement.
-Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
-Support the transition from free to paid plans once value is demonstrated.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in client acquisition, inside sales, or HR consulting (preferably in
recruitment or job platforms).
-Strong leadership qualities; prior experience managing a small team is a must.
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
-Strong in planning, execution, and reporting.
-Good knowledge of using LinkedIn, job portals, and scraping tools to extract company/client
data.
-Self-starter with a passion for HR tech and recruitment solutions.
-Ability to multitask and thrive in a target-driven environment.
