Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Senapati Bapat Road, Pune

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate qualified leads through walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.

2. Represent Meine Kuche with confidence and professionalism during showroom visits and client interactions.

3. Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrate our premium modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions.

4. Understand customer needs, preferences, and project requirements to recommend the most suitable solutions.

5. Build trust through excellent communication, relationship-building, and strong product knowledge.

6. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, and business partners to drive sustainable business growth.

7. Collect client testimonials, Google Reviews, and video feedback to strengthen our brand presence.

• Ideal Candidate Requirements:

1. 0–1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development.

2. Freshers with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

3. A dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with people.

4. Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

5. Experience in premium product demonstrations or customized solution selling will be an added advantage.

6. A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
