We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to company growth. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, field visits, and references
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct meetings and present company services/products
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM data and sales reports
Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good presentation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Target-oriented mindset
Ability to handle client objections
Confidence in cold calling
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Experience in Advertising / Media / IT / Tender / Sales domain (preferred but not mandatory)
