Conduct training sessions on Guest Service Associate and hospitality-related topics.
Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, presentations, and study materials.
Deliver training on customer service, front office operations, communication skills, grooming, and hospitality etiquette.
Conduct practical demonstrations, role plays, and mock sessions.
Monitor student attendance, discipline, participation, and performance.
Prepare students for assessments, interviews, and placements.
Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with placement and operations teams for student employment opportunities.
Organize industry exposure sessions, guest lectures, and practical activities.
Ensure compliance with NSDC/SSC/project guidelines and training standards.
Conduct periodic tests, assessments, and performance evaluations.
Provide mentoring, counselling, and motivation support to students.
Ensure high student retention and training quality.
Support mobilization and counselling activities whenever required.
