We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and growth in our IT recruitment services vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Identify and approach potential clients (IT companies/startups) for recruitment services
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Pitch recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
Set up meetings and presentations with prospective clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-ups
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery on client mandates
Maintain CRM/database with accurate records of leads and opportunities
Assist in preparing proposals, agreements, and service-level documents
Track market trends, competition, and client feedback
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred)
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales
Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, or any discipline)
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in BDE/Sales/IT Staffing
