About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the printing industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing B2B sales across Offset, Flexo, and Digital printing segments in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business from offset printers, flexo printers, and digital print houses
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with printers and production heads
• Conduct regular field visits across Delhi NCR
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify new opportunities in commercial printing, packaging, and label segments
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payment collections
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain CRM reports and daily visit reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of field sales experience in the printing / packaging industry
• Strong understanding of Offset, Flexo, and Digital printing processes
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented personality
• Ability to build long-term B2B relationships
• Familiarity with Delhi NCR printing market

Mandatory Requirements
• Valid driving license
• Own two-wheeler (bike) for field visits
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR

Preferred Profile
• Existing network with printers in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad & Gurgaon
• Experience in selling printing consumables, specialty materials, inks, Uv coatings , adhesives,plates, packaging substrates, films or related products
