Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, cold calling, and email campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM and sales reports.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in IT service sales.
- Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
- Understanding of IT technologies (Web, Mobile, Salesforce, etc.).
- Lead generation and client handling skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
