Job Summary:
Kapil Group is looking for energetic and ambitious Business Executives to join our real estate division. This role is ideal for experienced Business/Sales executives who are passionate about sales and eager to build a successful career in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build a customer pipeline for commercial spaces, plots, and villas.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.
Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into successful sales.
Meet monthly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer orientation and convincing ability.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the real estate market.
Basic understanding of the real estate market (training will be provided)
