About the Role
JustAdkart is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, meeting them in person, understanding their requirements and offering suitable digital business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, market research, cold calling and referrals.
Meet business owners, retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, SMEs and other potential clients.
Pitch and explain JustAdkart’s digital solutions, including:
Website Designing
SEO Services
Google Business Profile Management
Social Media Management
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Other Business & Digital Marketing Services
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.
Maintain daily sales reports and update the sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
Graduation in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, Advertising Sales or similar roles.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Comfortable with daily on-ground travel across Delhi NCR.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online business solutions will be an advantage.
