Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Online Bidder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, primarily through online platforms like Upwork, and driving sales growth in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate sales leads on various freelance and business platforms, with a strong focus on Upwork.
Actively bid and follow up on relevant online projects to secure new business.
Generate and nurture business opportunities specifically in Shopify and WordPress ecosystems.
Understand and analyze client business requirements to propose tailored solutions.
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Adapt to flexible working hours/shifts as per business needs.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in online bidding and generating sales, especially on Upwork or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of business generation in Shopify and WordPress environments is mandatory.
Ability to understand and interpret business needs accurately.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in different shifts as required.
