• Connect and engage with pre-generated leads.
• Providing proper information about websites and customized software.
• Initiate repeat sales by followingup on phone calls from existing customers.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Maintain regular communication with potential customers.
• Handling of customer inquiries.
• Develop relationships with key customers, recognizing their diversity, in seeking to add value to the services provided.
