Business Development Executive

iSHA Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident, target-oriented, and passionate about growing business through client acquisition and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Identify prospects and convert them into potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions/services.
Conduct follow-ups, schedule meetings/demos, and manage the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in the IT/technology sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong lead-generation and follow-up abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
