Role Overview The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging with incoming leads, following up promptly, understanding customer requirements, and collecting necessary documents to move deals forward. The role demands strong communication skills, quick response time, and focus on lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage with assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
● Understand customer needs and explain product/service offerings.
● Collect and verify required documents from customers for processing.
● Maintain accurate lead status and updates in CRM/trackers.
● Coordinate with field/society partnership teams to ensure smooth closures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Lead Response Time – Speed of engaging new leads.
● Follow-Up Discipline – Number of daily follow-ups completed.
● Document Collection Rate – % of leads where documents are collected.
● Conversion Support – Leads successfully moved to next stage.
Skills Required
● Excellent verbal and written communication.
● Strong persuasion and relationship-building ability.
● Organized and detail-oriented in handling leads and documents.
● Target-driven and self-motivated.
Eligibility Requirements
● Graduate in any stream (Business/Commerce preferred).
● 0–3 years of inside sales / tele-calling / lead management experience.
● Laptop.
