Job Description :-
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Online Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and securing projects across major freelance platforms.

Responsibilities :-
Identify new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
Write and submit tailored, persuasive proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate project terms and conditions effectively.
Maintain accurate records of bids and outcomes in client databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Track and report bidding activity and win rates regularly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform policy changes.

Qualifications :-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in online bidding and project acquisition.
Thorough knowledge of bidding processes on freelance platforms.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to multitask and handle multiple bids under tight deadlines.
