About Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support company growth through effective sales and market development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

• Present company products/services to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and presentations

• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales pipelines in CRM tools

• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve outreach and conversion

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to build long-term client relationships

• Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B sales / IT / Services industry

• Knowledge of digital marketing or lead-generation tools

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
