Currently , we are looking for a proactive and client-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) for our company Infinity Transoft Solution Pvt. Ltd.,

who will be responsible for managing and supporting existing clients within the assigned region. The role involves ensuring smooth implementation, providing training, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Designation : Business Development Executive

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients in the region

• Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction

• Address client queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely manner

• Conduct product/service training sessions for clients and their teams

• Assist clients in understanding system functionalities and best practices

• Ensure proper implementation and usage of the company's solutions

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts

• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, support, management) for issue resolution

• Travel within the assigned region to meet clients and provide on-site support

• Ensure timely visits and follow-ups as per business needs
