Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Acquire new customers for Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), and Term Deposits (TD).
Generate leads through cold calling, market activities, referrals, and customer networking.
Achieve assigned business, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
Drive customer acquisition and increase liabilities business.
Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, Investment Products, Wealth Solutions, and other financial services.
Relationship Management
Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers.
Acquire and service HNI and affluent customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
Increase product penetration and customer engagement.
Ensure superior customer experience and long-term relationship growth.
Customer Service & Branch Operations
Process account opening and customer onboarding activities.
Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaint resolution.
Support digital banking adoption including Mobile Banking, Net Banking, and ATM services.
Manage documentation, records, compliance requirements, and operational activities.
Assist in branch administration and customer servicing functions.
Compliance & Process Management
Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, regulatory, and internal banking guidelines.
Maintain customer portfolio hygiene through Re-KYC, PAN updates, Aadhaar seeding, and related activities.
Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Insurance, or related sectors.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Sales-oriented mindset with customer acquisition experience.
✔ Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
✔ Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
✔ Knowledge of CASA, Deposits, Wealth Products, Insurance, and Banking Operations will be preferred.
✔ Two-wheeler preferred for field-based sales roles.
✔ Stable career history with professional conduct.
