VR Staffing Solutions Services is hiring a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for the Real Estate Industry.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities

• Handle leads and understand clients' property requirements

• Make calls and conduct regular follow-ups

• Explain property/project details, pricing, and offers

• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits

• Build strong relationships with prospective clients

• Maintain lead and follow-up records

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Assist clients throughout the sales process

👩‍💼 Candidate Profile

✔️ Female candidates (Preferred)

✔️ Graduate in any discipline preferred

✔️ Experience in Real Estate Sales / BDE / Tele calling / Sales is an advantage

✔️ Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply

✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✔️ Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality
