About the Role

International Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT) is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support student admissions, outreach, and institutional growth. The role involves engaging with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and promoting IIFT’s academic offerings with professionalism and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student and client inquiries through walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups

• Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career paths, and admission procedures

• Identify and convert leads into enrollments through effective communication

• Support business growth initiatives, partnerships, and outreach activities

• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions

• Represent IIFT professionally during interactions, events, and promotional activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only

• Educational background from CBSE/ICSE curriculum preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, admissions, counselling, sales, or education support

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Confident personality with a professional and customer-focused approach

• Interest in education, student engagement, and institutional growth

Skills Required

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to meet targets and follow up consistently

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
