Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Executive to join our growing team. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in sales and will be responsible for driving sales,
appointing new Dealers, and expanding our Dealer base in the given territory.
Key Responsibilities:
∙Scouting of potential Dealers in assigned territory
∙Appointment of New Dealers for sale of E-Rickshaws and E-Cargo in the assigned territory.
∙Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our Dealer base.
∙Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
∙Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Dealer relationships.
∙Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company
objectives.
∙Prepare regular sales MIS and forecasts to monitor performance and provide insights into
potential improvements.
∙Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to ensure competitive
positioning.
Requirements:
∙Minimum 2.5+ yrs. experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, in battery trade, tractor
sales or 2W/3W EV trade.
∙Willingness to travel 6 days a week
∙Demonstrated ability to build and maintain Dealer relationships.
∙Must be proficient in computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
∙Must have a thorough understanding of dealership operations and the auto finance industry.
∙Must have strong marketing and sales skills.
∙Should posses 2W for running around in the market.
