About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive company growth through new client acquisition and market expansion. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Role and responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions that meet their objectives.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market development.

Requirements:
Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Confident & convincing personality
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Freshers & experienced both can apply
