Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to expand Namifyx’s client base, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term strategic relationships.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and digital products, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, Upwork, and digital channels.
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for IT and digital services.
Client Relationship Management
● Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT & digital solutions.
● Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Sales & Strategy
● Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
● Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research & Expansion
● Analyze industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
● Provide strategic inputs to improve service offerings and revenue growth. Reporting & Coordination
● Maintain CRM updates and pipeline reports.
● Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to align business strategies.
● Share regular performance reports and revenue forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Client Acquisition.
● Strong understanding of web/app development, software services, CRM/ERP, cloud solutions, and digital marketing.
● Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
● Minimum 3+ years of experience with IT agencies, software companies, or digital solution providers.
● Experience working with Blockchain, Web3, or decentralized technology projects will be a strong advantage.
● Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM tools, and email automation platforms. ● Strong networking skills and industry contacts.
