Job Title: Business Development Associate

**Job Description:**

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated BDA to join our team. The successful candidate will be placed at elite locations such as malls, corporate offices, and high-end societies to interact with prospective donors. The primary responsibility will be to explain our organization's mission and work, and to raise resources such as funds and donations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Engage Prospective Donors:** Proactively approach and engage with individuals at designated locations, providing them with information about our organization and its impact.

- **Present Our Mission:** Clearly and passionately communicate the mission, goals, and accomplishments of the organization to potential donors.

- **Raise Funds and Donations:** Encourage and secure financial contributions, donations, and other forms of support from individuals and corporate entities.

- **Build Relationships:** Establish and maintain positive relationships with donors, ensuring a pleasant and informative interaction.

- **Achieve Targets:** Meet and exceed fundraising targets set by the organization.

- **Report and Record:** Maintain accurate records of donor information and contributions, and provide regular reports to the fundraising manager.

- **Promotional Materials:** Distribute promotional materials and answer questions about the organization's projects and needs.

- **Event Participation:** Participate in fundraising events and activities as required.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field is preferred.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- **Presentation Skills:** Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

- **Personality:** Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident with a professional demeanor.

- **Motivation:** Self-motivated with a passion for the organization’s mission.

- **Adaptability:** Ability to work in various locations and adapt to different environments.

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
