जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The role involves a proactive approach to sales, market research, client engagement, and strategic planning.

The candidate will be expected to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve revenue targets. In addition, the role may include responsibilities such as franchise development, partnership building, and expanding the company’s footprint in new markets.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.


8. Key Responsibilities

8.1 Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and online platforms

  • Generate high-quality leads and maintain a database of prospective clients

  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, trends, and customer needs

  • Develop strategies to approach potential clients and convert leads into business


8.2 Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns

8.3 Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Present and promote company products or services to clients

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully

  • Follow up with clients to ensure deal closure


8.4 Business Strategy Development

  • Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies

  • Provide insights and recommendations to management


8.5 Franchise Development (If Applicable)

  • Identify and onboard new franchise partners

  • Explain business models and franchise opportunities to prospects

  • Support franchise setup and initial operations

  • Maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners


8.6 Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand industry trends

  • Monitor competitor activities and strategies

  • Identify customer preferences and emerging demands

  • Use data to improve sales strategies and performance


8.7 Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

  • Prepare reports on sales performance, leads, and conversions

  • Use CRM tools to track progress and manage pipelines

  • Provide regular updates to management


8.8 Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams

  • Ensure smooth execution of projects and client requirements
