Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of business concepts. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and working effectively in challenging and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

• Communicate with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings.

• Understand client requirements and present appropriate company solutions.

• Support the sales pipeline by managing leads and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic business documentation.

• Work proactively in challenging situations to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good understanding of business domains and client needs.

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work in challenging environments.

• Basic knowledge of sales tools, CRM, or digital business solutions is a plus.
