Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join Bharat Matrimony as a Relationship Officer. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding suitable matches, explaining membership plans, and providing end-to-end support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers.
Explain membership plans and convert free members to paid members.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable profiles.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Update customer details in the system accurately.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
Good communication skills in English and regional language.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
