About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing EdTech team. Freshers with strong communication skills and hunger to learn are welcome. Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in EdTech sales or business development will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, and social platforms
Counsel prospective students/clients and convert leads into enrollments
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills can apply
2–5 years of experience in EdTech / Education Sales / B2C sales preferred
Graduation in any discipline
Strong persuasion and closing skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
