We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Zell Education. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹45,000 on the basis of an experience along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Also, Freshers can apply.Excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling,Lead Generation,Convincing Skills,MS Excel,Computer Knowledge is an added advantage.
Should not require leaves for 6 months from joining date.
• College attendance should not be mandatory.
• Must be okay with full working schedule and days.
No plans of further studies, extensive travel or marriage at least for 1 year from the date of joining
Minimum 6 months of sales experience required
(B2C or B2B).
• Field sales or retail sales experience not acceptable.
Upselling, cross-selling, customer care sales, operations is not acceptable.
• Must have made 80-120 calls daily and worked with revenue generation targets.
• Maximum 6 years of experience in business development IC role.
