Duration: 1 Year Agreement (6 Months Internship)
Stipend/Salary: 20000/- Per Month
About the Role:
The Fund Organizer is responsible for securing financial resources for the company by managing investor relations, coordinating fundraising rounds, and supporting financial strategy. This role focuses on attracting investors, organizing funding campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution of funding processes for business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute fundraising strategies (seed funding, venture capital, etc.)
Identify and connect with potential investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions
Prepare pitch decks, business proposals, and financial presentations
Coordinate investor meetings, demos, and presentations
Maintain relationships with existing and potential investors
Track funding progress and manage investment pipelines
Collaborate with finance, product, and leadership teams
Support due diligence processes and documentation
Monitor market trends in the IT and startup ecosystem
Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
Strong understanding of startup funding and investment processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting
Familiarity with IT industry trends and business models
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Experience with fundraising, investor relations, or corporate finance (preferred)
