Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and engage potential clients.
Qualify leads, understand business requirements, and set up meetings with internal teams.
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM with accurate information.
Follow up proactively on warm leads and nurture long-term business relationships.
Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to refine outreach messaging and campaigns.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and conversions.
1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client outreach (preferably in marketing/IT/agency domain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must).
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently during the WFH period and coordinate effectively with the Gurgaon-based team.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Fixed salary up to ₹35,000/month + performance incentives.
WFH for the first month, followed by Gurgaon office setup.
