Job Overview:

GT Connect Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

Coordinate with internal teams for project execution

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of sales and business development

Ability to negotiate and close deals

Familiarity with IT services (Web/App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing) is a plus

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Qualifications:

Graduate in any field
