About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate sales team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective customers, and converting leads into successful property sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, site visits, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversions.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in real estate or sales will be an added advantage.
Comfortable working from Noida Sector 90.
