Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Associate to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination activities. The role requires strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a productive and positive workplace environment.
Recruitment will be target-driven, and the HR Associate will play a key role in ensuring the company always has the right talent on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Ensure a steady pipeline of suitable candidates for business and sales roles.
Conduct initial screening of candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers based on availability.
Ensure daily walk-in targets (minimum 10 candidates per day) until hiring requirements are fulfilled.
2. Candidate Management & Hiring Process
Maintain proper records of candidates and recruitment progress.
Communicate clearly with candidates regarding job roles, expectations, and company policies.
Ensure the recruitment process is smooth, professional, and timely.
3. Onboarding & Documentation
Verify candidate documents before onboarding.
Ensure all joining formalities and onboarding documentation are completed accurately.
Conduct basic background verification before confirming employment.
4. Performance Monitoring
Monitor the initial performance of newly recruited employees.
Ensure new recruits understand their roles and responsibilities.
Identify employees who are not performing or showing negligence and report to management for corrective action if required.
5. Workplace Environment & Coordination
Help maintain a positive, disciplined and professional office atmosphere.
Work closely with managers and leadership to understand hiring requirements and business needs.
Support operational teams in maintaining workforce availability on the floor when required.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation

Contribute positively to team coordination and office discipline.
Working Days & Timings:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
Compensation:
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
Additional performance incentives may be offered based on recruitment success.
