Key Responsibilities
Handle dealer & distributor queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Manage customer complaints and service requests with proper follow-ups
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for order processing
Track order status, dispatch updates, and delivery timelines
Maintain and update CRM data accurately
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management review
Ensure timely resolution (TAT) of all customer queries and complaints
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
Key Skills Required
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
Experience in customer handling / client coordination
Good problem-solving and complaint resolution ability
Proficiency in Excel (MIS reporting, basic formulas, tracking)
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in B2B / Manufacturing / Building Materials industry
Prior experience in dealer/distributor handling (preferred)
Exposure to order management and dispatch coordination
Immediate joiner or short notice period candidate preferred
