Job Description

Engage with prospective customers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
Educate customers about alkaline water, TDS, and health benefits of Go Alka products.
Understand customer needs, requirements, and pain points.
Schedule product demos, awareness sessions, and site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions and lead status.
Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and events for awareness and lead generation.
Provide timely follow-ups, reminders, and nurture leads until conversion.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
