Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

• Understand client requirements and communicate suitable services/solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Conduct client communication through calls, emails, and online platforms.

• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.

• Negotiate with clients and work towards successful deal closures.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project handover.

• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

• Ability to understand client requirements and present solutions effectively.

• Good negotiation and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet-based tools.

• BBA/MBA or any relevant graduate degree is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in business development, sales, or client handling will be an advantage.
