About Us
Mirach Live Experiences is a fast-growing event production company working across corporate events, weddings, brand activations, and large-scale productions.
We are now building our Sales & Business Development vertical from scratch and are looking for a highly driven individual who can help us generate business, close deals, and scale revenue.
What You’ll Do
🎯 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting (Primary Responsibility)
• Identify potential clients (corporates, brands, agencies, startups)
• Build a strong database of decision-makers (HR, Marketing, Admin, Founders)
• Use LinkedIn, cold calling, WhatsApp, and email outreach
• Generate consistent inbound & outbound leads.
📞 2. Cold Calling & Outreach
• Execute daily cold calls and pitch company services
• Draft professional outreach messages and emails
• Set up meetings, follow-ups, and client conversations
• Handle rejections confidently and persistently.
💼 3. Lead Conversion & Sales Execution
• Understand client requirements and event needs
• Assist in creating proposals and costing discussions
• Work closely with founders to close deals
• Drive complete sales cycle (lead → meeting → conversion)
📊 4. Sales Strategy & Process Building
• Help build sales pipelines, trackers, and CRM systems
• Create outreach scripts and sales frameworks
• Identify new markets and revenue opportunities
• Continuously improve conversion strategies
🌟 5. Founder Collaboration & Business Growth
• Work directly with founders on growth strategy
• Take ownership of building the BD function
• Contribute ideas for scaling revenue and brand visibility
Who Should Apply?

Compensation & Incentives 💰
• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Incentives:
→ 1% of total deal value
→ OR up to ₹8,000 per deal (whichever is lower)
• Post Internship:
→ 1-Year contractual full-time opportunity
