We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Executive to convert qualified leads into consultations and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups

• Qualify prospects based on health goals and program fit

• Explain Fusionveda’s diabetes reversal programs clearly and confidently

• Schedule consultations with health expert which have a good experience in the medical product of BD, business development

• Maintain strong lead nurturing and follow-up cadence

• Convert leads into enrollments through trust-building communication

• Manage CRM updates and pipeline tracking

• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality feedback loop

• Build referral and partnership opportunities
  

Required Skills

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Confidence in consultative selling

• Experience in lead conversion / inside sales / counselling

• Good experience in the medical product of BD, business development

• Excellent follow-up discipline

• CRM handling experience

• Ability to explain wellness programs empathetically
  

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, ed-tech, or consultation sales

• Understanding of lifestyle disorders / diabetes awareness is a plus
