1. Lead Generation & Business Development - Identify and approach potential clients in corporate, enterprise, and data-center environments. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline through calls, emails, events, and networking.
2. Client Requirement Analysis - Understand client needs related to servers, workstations, backup, and storage solutions. - Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to create customized proposals.
3. Sales Cycle Management - Conduct product presentations and demos for clients. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and RFP responses. - Manage negotiations, follow-ups, and close deals within timelines.
4. Client Relationship Management - Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat and upsell business. - Coordinate internally with technical, operations, and support teams for smooth delivery.
5. Reporting & Targets - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Share sales reports, pipeline status, and market feedback with the manager.
Required Skills & Competencies - 2–3 years of experience in B2B / IT hardware / IT infrastructure sales. - Basic understanding of servers, storage, backup, and related technologies (preferred). - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle field meetings in Delhi-NCR. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
