Key Responsibilities:
Ø B2B Sales & Partnerships: Identify, onboard &manage key business partners in your assigned region
Ø Lead Generation & Deal Closure: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close sales
Ø Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Ø Sales Targets & Strategy: Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through effective strategic planning
Ø Market Expansion: Promote GOAMILES services to tourism businesses, travel agencies & corporate clients.
Ø Field Sales: Travel extensively (approx. 25 days per month) for business development activities
Ø MICE Sales: Create GOAMILES as a brand in MICE space (Meetings, Incentives, and Conferences & Exhibitions) & be a top notch B2B sales person in in the doing. Personal Growth + Company Growth will go hand in hand
Ø Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the tourism, travel, or transportation industry
Ø Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
Ø Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion & relationship-building abilities
Ø Proficiency in Hindi, English, and the local language is a plus
Ø Tech-Savvy: Comfortable explaining and promoting app-based solutions to clients
Ø Highly Self-Motivated: A results-driven mindset with the ability to exceed targets
